Job summary

Ryder is hiring Warehouse Associates in Hagerstown, MD with weekly pay of $21.00 hourly plus $1.50 shift premium. Positions support nationwide distribution with state-of-the-art equipment and safety-focused operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid forklift operator's license required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Punctual with good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, and loading/unloading.
• Process daily paperwork (picking sheets, returns, Bills of Lading).
• Support maintenance of automated packing system during core shift hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned and adhere to safety guidelines.
