Job summary

Ferguson is hiring a Warehouse Associate for onsite work in Stone Mountain, GA. The role runs Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM, with starting pay at 17.41 per hour and potential increases based on experience. You will pull and prepare orders using a stand-up forklift, wrap pallets, and use RF devices to keep accurate inventories.

Responsibilities emphasize safety, accuracy, and efficiency. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and pass pre-employment drug and background screenings.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management preferred.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Self-starter with ability to learn systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand‑up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material.
• Keep the workflow clean, safe, and accident-free.
• Follow PPE safety guidelines, including harness usage when required.
