Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a proud Renuity Company, is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Grand Rapids, MI. Starting pay ranges $18–$20 per hour and health, dental, vision, and more are offered.

You will support receiving, warehousing, and distribution, manage inventory, and help prepare materials for crews. The role requires a valid driver’s license, forklift experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• 1–2 years of warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Forklift experience required.
• Willing to deliver products between offices daily.
• Knowledge of home remodeling products or construction materials is a plus.
• Must follow safe warehouse practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by coordinating program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts.
• Plan and implement new warehouse layouts, inspect equipment, and issue work orders for repairs/replacements.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklift.
• Load and log materials onto trucks and note returns.
• Prepare jobs and materials for all crews.
• Clean trucks inside and out.
• Deliver materials to job sites and transport employees as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
