Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Warshauer Electric Supply team in Tinton Falls, NJ. You will fill orders, receive and stock materials, and prepare shipments while adhering to safety and productivity standards.

This role may involve operating forklifts and other equipment, performing inventory checks, and supporting branch activities beyond picking and packing. Full-time, on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with potential for growth in warehouse operations.
• Certification to operate standard warehouse equipment preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, stock, stage, and ship materials per SOPs.
• Operate forklift, reach truck, and wire cutting machine when required.
• Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Assist with counter sales and customer support as needed.
