Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate for our Richardson, TX operation. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a strong emphasis on reliability, initiative, and accurate inventory handling.

You will operate electric sit-down forklift, use RF scanners, and perform general duties such as receiving, storing, staging, and moving inventory while maintaining safety and productivity in a small team.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of warehouse experience required.
• 1-2 years of recent electric sit-down forklift experience required.
• Experience using RF scanners and inventory tracking systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to productivity.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, standing, and walking.

Responsibilities

• Perform general warehouse duties including receiving, storing, organizing, and moving inventory.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including an electric sit-down forklift.
• Safely transport products, materials, and equipment throughout the warehouse.
• Assist with light facility maintenance and upkeep to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
• Load, unload, and stage products as needed.
• Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and complete warehouse transactions.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Regularly lift and move products weighing up to 50-60 pounds.
