Knauf Insulation is seeking a skilled Warehouse Associate to join our team in United States, California. You will handle materials, inventory, and distribution, operate forklifts, and ensure accurate records in a fast-paced plant environment.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, labeling, inventory counts, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace while adhering to safety procedures. Qualified candidates have 1+ year warehouse experience and OSHA forklift certification or license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain OSHA Certified Powered Industrial Vehicle operator license.
• Minimum of one (1) year of warehouse/forklift experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of industrial experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent attendance and reliability required.

Responsabilités

• Read and interpret work orders to determine materials to move with accuracy and efficiency.
• Load and unload materials to and from designated warehouse areas.
• Safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial vehicles.
• Record materials received, distributed, or moved and complete paperwork correctly.
• Review orders to identify items to move, gather, or distribute.
• Label materials and monitor outgoing products for accuracy and quality.
• Perform inventory counts and rotate dated items per standards.
• Use computer systems to enter and maintain inventory records.
• Conduct routine equipment checks and maintain a safe workspace.
• Participate in downtime activities to keep areas clean and organized.
• Assist in organizing warehouse storage to improve workflow.
• Communicate with team and supervisors to resolve issues promptly.
• Inspect shipments for accuracy, quality, and compliance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes.
