Job summary

Professional Handling & Distribution - St. Charles is seeking a Warehouse Worker to support warehouse maintenance, shipping/receiving, product storage and delivery setup at our St. Charles, IL facility.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, the ability to operate a forklift, and strict adherence to safety standards. You will work both independently and with a team to ensure accurate orders and efficient customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience or more is preferred.
• Core competencies include trust, integrity, servant leadership, and respect for diverse perspectives.
• Ability to self-manage, take initiative, and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders by processing requests: pull materials and place in appropriate area for customer pickup or delivery; load and unload trucks as necessary.
• Maintain inventory controls to minimize material damage and ensure order accuracy.
• Organize the warehouse, manage bin locations, and uphold high standards of customer service; lift up to 50 lbs and operate protective gear and steel-toed boots.
• Operate a forklift.
