Job summary

Target is hiring Warehouse Workers in a fast-paced distribution environment. Responsibilities include packing, loading, shipping, and maintaining an organized work area while following all safety policies.

Training is provided for safety and equipment operation, with opportunities for advancement based on tenure and performance. Positions start at $22.50 per hour, with a pay range of $22.50 to $25.08 per hour and additional shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Attend safety trainings to learn how to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs. frequently; up to 60 lbs. occasionally.
• Able to push carts and operate basic warehouse equipment safely.
• Able to read labels and product documentation and use basic math.

Responsibilities

• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Report to work on time and complete job tasks accurately and on time.
• Engage in problem solving to support continuous improvement.
