ALDI USA is hiring for full-time warehouse roles across 1st–3rd shifts (Outbound and Inbound). Average 30-35 hours per week; starting wage $21.50–$27.50 per hour depending on shift and schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and work in a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Receives/ships stock accurately and efficiently to fulfill orders for stores.
• Relocates merchandise within the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Sorts, arranges, and loads merchandise for shipment; unloads incoming shipments.
• Participates in inventory counts and safety procedures.
• Cooperates with peers and warehouse leadership through communication.
