Job summary

Duluth Trading Company in Wisconsin is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support holiday peak operations. You will pick, pack, restock, and move gear across our fast-paced facility, with on-site tasks and a focus on accuracy and safety.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour plus a Peak Holiday Premium of $1.00 per hour during November 23rd through December 20th, 2026. Flexible scheduling, a 40% employee discount, and hands-on training support your success.

Qualifications

• No prior distribution/warehouse experience required.
• Minimum availability of 16 hours per week.
• Walk or stand for your entire work shift.
• Lift 30 lbs on average, 40 lbs frequently, and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Candidates subject to pre-employment background checks and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack online orders heading across the country.
• Keep products moving smoothly throughout the facility.
• Restock primary warehouse locations to maintain order fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and energized work environment.
