Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, storage, and shipment of sensitive products in our New Jersey facility. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and quality in daily order fulfillment.

The position involves learning and cross-training across warehouse functions, with a flexible schedule (Mon-Fri, 3:30 PM onward) and up to 29 hours per week. Benefits include 401k contributions, PTO, and access to early wage options via myFlexPay.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for full shift.
• Comfortable working at heights 25–30 feet regularly.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill orders by picking products, performing quality checks, packing, and preparing shipments.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and use PPE as required.
