Job summary

Bay Insulation Supply is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Tucson to manage shipping and receiving, verify quantities, and document materials. You will enter orders, stage and load outgoing items, and prep goods for shipping, while maintaining safety and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities include forklift operation, loading/unloading trucks, and ensuring quality control for all inbound and outbound materials with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a production or warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift materials up to 50 lbs.
• Experience operating a forklift is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enters orders into Microsoft D365 as well as set up shipping.
• Pulls, stages, and loads outgoing material orders.
• Prepares materials for third party shipping (palletizing and shrink wrapping).
• Loads and unloads trucks of products and materials.
• Verifies quality and quantity of all incoming materials.
• Ensures correct inventory by verifying material counts for accuracy.
• Operates forklift to move raw materials and products.
• Follows all safety policies and protocols while performing job duties.
