Wegmans is hiring a warehouse employee to accurately select cases and build pallets for store delivery, supporting shelves and meeting customer demand. The role suits those who thrive in fast-paced, physical work.

Full-time positions offer up to $30.50/hour within 4 years on the job, with annual increases and pay differentials for select roles, plus comprehensive safety training and PPE provided at no cost.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a VoCollect; Experience operating forklift; Experience working in a Distribution or Manufacturing environment.
• Food distribution center experience; Warehouse experience; Experience operating a pallet jack.

Responsibilities

• Build and stack pallets to ensure product protection and safe delivery.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, Vocollect).
• Effectively communicate with management and the team.
• Lift 20–25 pounds, with maximum weight lifted greater than 50 pounds occasionally to frequently.
