Job summary

Keystone Ramey Martin Supply in Odessa, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive shipments, verify contents, and load/unload materials safely on-site. You will pack and prepare orders for shipment, organize inventory, and support local deliveries with the company truck.

Operators use forklifts, pallet jacks, and ladders while following safety guidelines. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods is required; a high school diploma is preferred and a valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• Experience with Shipping & Receiving processes, including verifying orders against packing lists.
• Proficiency in pulling, packing, and preparing products for accurate shipment and delivery.
• Ability to safely perform Loading/Unloading tasks and handle physical activities such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials throughout the warehouse.
• Skills in Forklift Operation in a warehouse setting, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Attention to detail, basic math and record-keeping skills, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior warehouse or distribution center experience is an advantage.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods, and comply with all safety and company policies.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs. consistently.
