Job summary

URBN, the parent brand for Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie Group, Free People and Nuuly, seeks a Warehouse Associate for our Gap, PA location. Responsibilities include receiving, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise in a fast-paced distribution setting.

You should be a motivated team player with good communication and a positive attitude, able to follow safety standards and work well in a team or independently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school degree or GED is preferred.
• Experience in warehousing or manufacturing is a plus.
• Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Able to operate department-specific technology such as RF scanners or desktop computers and touchscreens.
• Maintain acceptable attendance and must be able to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, pack and ship merchandise
• Adhere to all safety and compliance standards
• Work respectfully in a team environment and independently when necessary
• Follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards
• Operate department-specific technology such as RF scanners or desktop computers and touchscreens

• Perform all other duties as assigned by operational leadership
