Job summary

Benshaw, Inc. in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Warehouse Worker to support daily warehouse operations, perform material handling, and assist with shipping/receiving.

You will ensure accurate picking, moving, storing, and preparation of materials to sustain production workflows. Responsibilities include picking, packing, inspecting shipments, operating forklifts/reach trucks, maintaining organized shelves, and supporting inventory tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older at hire date.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift and/or reach truck experience is a plus; training available.
• Prior warehouse experience in picking, stocking, or shipping/receiving preferred.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pull large quantities of parts and materials for production orders.
• Perform basic shipping/receiving tasks, including counting and weighing items.
• Unloading/inspecting incoming shipments; report damages or shortages.
• Prepare materials for shipment with weighing, labeling, and simple forms.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, reach trucks) to move palletized materials.
• Return materials to stock, organize shelves, and keep work areas clean.
• Support inventory functions like cycle counts and proper item storage.
• Assist receiving department and perform general warehouse duties as assigned.
