Job summary

Lennox is seeking a Warehouse Associate in New York, Bay Shore to support order fulfillment and inventory management. The role requires minimal supervision, strong safety adherence, and the ability to operate various material-handling equipment.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of warehouse experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and basic math/computer skills. This is an hourly, non-exempt position with potential overtime based on demand.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Retrieve stock to fill customer orders and package products for shipment.
• Use handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Inspect items for damage or defects before shipment.
• Move materials to optimize inventory for customer orders.
• Operate forklift and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain organized shelves and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Respond to customer questions about shipments and deliveries.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
