Job summary

TEC Equipment, a leading truck and parts provider in California, is seeking a Warehouse Associate. You will load/unload shipments, accurately count and stock parts, and verify counts against invoices while maintaining organized records. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role in a team-driven environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift heavy parts. Forklift certification may be pursued on the job as safety and operations require it.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent requirement.
• Excellent customer service and professional demeanor.
• Experience in fast-paced warehouse setting; Parts warehouse preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to become forklift certified and to operate forklift.
• Meet physical demands (lifting up to 50 lbs, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts deliveries.
• Accurately count, weigh, or measure items on incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Receive, count, record, and stock inventory in warehouse.
• Verify parts counts against invoices, orders, and records.
• Maintain receiving, delivery and shipping records and returned parts records.
• Ensure parts are clean and organized; maintain a clean warehouse.
• Perform pickup and delivery driving as needed.
• Perform all work safely and efficiently.
