Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Warehouse Associate to help maintain a safe, efficient warehouse environment while processing packages, preparing driver routes, and conducting inventory checks in our Miami area facility.

The ideal candidate is a team player who communicates clearly, is comfortable with smartphone apps and scanning devices, and can lift parcels up to 150 lbs; prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required, with competitive pay and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Regularly lift and move parcels and operate basic warehouse equipment.
• Lift parcels up to 150 lbs with team support or equipment as needed.
• Ability to crouch, kneel, and stand for long shifts while maintaining safety.

Responsibilities

• Process packages, assist delivery drivers, and schedule drops at local communities.
• Support inventory audits and maintain a clean, safe warehouse.
• Use smartphones and scanning devices to track packages and routes.
