Esler Companies | Renewal by Andersen is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced team. You will load, unload, and organize shipments, prep materials for installer pickups, and keep a clean, safe warehouse to support daily installations.

The role requires physical stamina, willingness to lift up to 150 lbs, and flexibility to adapt. Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but not required; opportunities for growth and ongoing team support are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Ability to stay organized and manage priorities independently.
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to change and feedback.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 150 lbs and perform frequent bending, lifting, and standing.
• Comfortable working in a semi-climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and organize shipments of products and materials within the warehouse.
• Prepare and stage materials for installer pick‑ups.
• Clean, organize, and prep trucks for next‑day installations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized warehouse environment.
• Follow all company safety requirements.
• Assist with team lifts as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on location or shift.
