Aramsco in Santa Fe Springs, CA is seeking an energetic Warehouse Associate to join our distribution team. You will handle inventory, packing, shipping, and daily warehouse operations with a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of warehouse experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and experience with RF scanners and lift equipment. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. This full-time role offers pay of $18.00–$19.48 per hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of warehouse experience.
• Certified to operate lifting machinery (reach trucks and forklifts).
• Experience with Cycle Counts and RF scanners.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals and work instructions.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Locate, count, receive, store, stock and ship merchandise.
• Assemble orders, palletize, and direct to packing station.
• Receive daily freight and enter items into the system.
• Sort and store materials by code or location.
• Assist in loading/unloading and operate company equipment safely.
• Maintain warehouse sanitation and safety compliance.
• Process returns and resolve freight discrepancies.
• Contribute to daily cycle counts.
• Communicate with customers and coworkers professionally.
