Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Old Hickory, TN. The role supports warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling, with a pay rate of $23.00 per hour and a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation.
• Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.
• Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Locate and verify parts against inventory records
• Enter part numbers, quantities, and condition notes into Excel
• Identify and report missing, mislabeled, or inaccurate inventory
• Label, tag, and organize warehouse stock
• Assist with receiving, put-away, staging, and order pulling
• Operate a tow motor and pallet jack as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support inventory audit preparation and documentation
