Job summary

Imperial Brady is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, inventory management, and facility upkeep. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and customer service as you help move products through the supply chain.

Ideal candidates have warehouse or inventory experience and can operate pallet jacks or forklifts. A high school diploma is required, and forklift certification is preferred or obtainable after hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory preferred; entry-level welcome.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull and process customer orders for delivery and shipping.
• Receive, stock, and rotate products; participate in audits, cycle counts, and annual inventory.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Operate warehouse equipment after training (pallet jacks or forklifts).
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Communicate with team and management; attend department meetings.
• Follow safety and compliance protocols.
• Take ownership of customer needs with speed and urgency.
• Additional duties as assigned.
