Job summary

Full Circle Recruiting is seeking dependable Warehouse Associates for a role supporting our manufacturing client in Conroe, Texas. You will receive, unload, inspect, and store inbound materials, then pick, pack, and stage items for production or shipment, while keeping accurate inventory and maintaining safety.

Responsibilities include moving materials with pallet jacks, verifying part numbers and labels, and assisting with cycle counts and shipping activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or production is helpful but not required.
• Entry-level candidates with good work ethic encouraged.
• Experience using pallet jacks or warehouse equipment preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math and inventory-counting skills.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality required.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and move materials as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and properly store incoming materials.
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare materials or finished products for production or shipment.
• Move materials using carts, pallet jacks, or other equipment.
• Verify quantities, part numbers, labels, and documentation for incoming and outgoing materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.
• Properly organize materials, parts, supplies, and finished products in designated storage locations.
• Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect materials and products.
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including labeling, packaging, and staging orders.
• Support production teams by ensuring materials and components are delivered to designated work areas as needed.
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and work area.
• Accurately complete required warehouse, inventory, shipping, and receiving documentation.
• Work cooperatively with supervisors, leads, production personnel, quality personnel, and other warehouse team members.
• Perform additional warehouse, material-handling, or general labor duties as assigned.
