Job summary

The Warehouse General Laborer at Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated in Hanover, MD supports fast-paced warehouse operations, performing cleaning, damage handling, restack, and pile management to keep products moving efficiently.

This role may require lifting up to 75 lbs and operating a pallet jack in a non-climate controlled environment. Starting pay ranges from $19.00 to $20.00 per hour with shift possibilities on first shift, and opportunities for professional development and career growth

Qualifications

• 0–12 years of work experience (Minimum Qualifications).
• PIT certification: Pallet Jack and Floor Scrubber (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Complete cleaning and housekeeping tasks as scheduled.
• Record damages and provide documentation to inventory personnel.
• Rework salvageable cases into saleable units and return to pick floor with proper documentation.
• Organize salvageable trade damages and return to pick floor with documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Warehouse Management including damage restack, rework, and pallet handling.
