Job summary

Imperial Brady is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. You will perform receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and inventory tasks to support daily operations while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will work with pallet jacks and scanners, load and unload trucks, and assist with maintenance. We offer $20-$22 per hour, medical/dental/vision, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) with company match, and paid time off; forklift certification is preferred or

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience preferred; entry level welcome.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and perform basic inventory math.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull and process customer orders for delivery and shipping.
• Receive, stock, and rotate products; participate in audits and counts.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Operate pallet jacks or forklifts after training.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and warehouse.
• Communicate effectively with team and management.
• Abide by safety and compliance protocols.
