Job summary

McKesson is seeking an entry‑level warehouse associate at our Massachusetts distribution center. You will help move products through order fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and speed while working in a refrigerated environment.

The role offers on‑the‑job training to certify operating power industrial equipment and automation. The position features a fixed schedule: Sunday 6PM until completion, Monday–Thursday 7:30PM until completion, with starting pay at $21.70/hour and increases to $22.97/hour

Qualifications

• Entry level experience required.
• Able to walk up to 10 miles during a shift.
• Able to lift 20 to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Work in a refrigerated environment (37–42°F) most of the shift.
• Willingness to learn and operate power industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Move efficiently to ensure life‑changing products are shipped quickly and accurately.
• Engage in wellbeing activities; potentially save on medical premiums and receive gym rebates.
