Job summary

PrimeSource Building Products Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to handle receiving, storing, picking, loading, and distributing building materials both inside and outside the distribution center. The role includes operating powered equipment such as forklifts to move products and to support daily warehouse operations.

The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with benefits and opportunities to contribute to a large North American distribution network.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Experience driving a forklift or cherry picker is preferred.
• Safety awareness with focus on results and accuracy.
• Schedule flexibility and overtime as necessary to meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Transport materials to and from receiving, storage, and production areas using appropriate lifting devices.
• Organize products by size, type, style, color, or code and place on racks or bins.
• Fulfill customer orders by pulling from stock and transporting to packing or shipping areas.
• Track production, customer orders, and ship orders to meet daily goals.
• Maintain records and verify accuracy and quality of received and loaded items.
• Participate in annual inventory and cycle counts to ensure proper labeling.
