Job summary

Pearlman Group in Nashville, TN is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support order picking, packing, and loading/unloading in our distribution center. You will work safely and efficiently to ensure accurate storage and timely fulfillment of customer orders.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, familiarity with basic warehouse technology, and a commitment to safety and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Training provided for equipment and processes.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience working with forklifts and other MHE is preferred.
• Warehouse experience is preferred.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Performs warehouse functions including order picking, packing, and loading/unloading.
• Ability to pull a 50 lb. cart throughout the warehouse.
• Ability to locate products using technology (Point of Sale System - for inventory tracking).
• Ability to read and interpret numbers and words from a pick ticket.
• Follows company procedures and policies to complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Adhere to company safety policy and guidelines to ensure safe working conditions for self and others.
• Works cooperatively with other warehouse associates.
• Participate in keeping the facility maintained in a clean, neat and orderly fashion.
• Additional duties assigned by Lead or DC Managers.
