Qualifications

• Good computer knowledge and the ability to learn First Supply LLC’s business system.
• Strong organizational skills and time-management abilities.
• Experience with handheld RF units is preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Using an RF gun, fill, package and ship orders accurately and promptly.
• Process incoming product quickly, checking for damage.
• Track order status and respond to inquiries as needed.
• Answer calls politely and route messages to the correct person.
• Follow tag and hold procedures for all shipments and maintain accessible holds.
• Execute any special instructions for an order.
• Report any quality or inventory discrepancies to management.
• Label outbound material with proper shipping labels.
• Ensure documents match quantities and items picked.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized and compliant with safety procedures.
