Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Cranston, RI is seeking a dependable Warehouse Helper for a full-time, 40-hour week. You will pull and prepare orders, receive materials, maintain inventory, and load trucks, all in a safety-focused environment.

Training for stock picker will be provided; previous stock picker experience is a plus but not required. You will work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, collaborating with a team to ensure accurate shipments and excellent customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a good work ethic.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, responsible, and willing to work as part of a team.
• Ability to manually move and lift heavy products.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Stock picker experience is a plus; training will be provided.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull and assemble customer orders.
• Review orders and identify products for delivery or pickup.
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and damage-free.
• Receive and unload incoming materials.
• Move, store, and replenish warehouse materials.
• Load materials onto company trucks and customer vehicles.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment after training.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow company safety procedures and guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service when assisting customers with pickups and orders.
• Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
