Job summary

ManpowerGroup (USA) is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Riverside, CA to join our warehouse team. The role entails fast, safe handling of products, and regular lifting of 35–40 lbs with occasional lifts up to 51 lbs.

You will operate pallet jacks, scales, and other small equipment, and assist with loading and unloading pallets up to 1500 lbs. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to lift 35–40 lbs regularly and up to 51 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment safely.
• Willingness to undergo background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Handle products quickly and safely within the warehouse.
• Regularly lift and carry items weighing 35-40 pounds, up to 51 lbs.
• Operate pallet jacks, scales, folders, inserters, cutters, binders, and other small tools.
• Load, unload, and push/pull pallets and carts up to 1500 lbs.
