Job summary

PDI is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Georgia to join our growing team. You will perform receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping tasks while maintaining an organized warehouse and accurate inventory.

Use RF scanners, operate forklifts and related equipment, and follow safety guidelines to prevent hazards. You should have a HS diploma, experience in warehouse operations (plumbing/lighting industry a plus), ability to lift heavy items, and proficiency with WMS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in warehouse operations is expected, plumbing/lighting industry a plus.
• Able to lift and move heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Proficient with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners.
• Valid driver's license and forklift certification may be required depending on duties.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Stock and receive materials, organizing warehouse to maximize space and accessibility.
• Retrieve items for customer orders using RF scanners and ensure accurate picking.
• Pack items securely for shipment following packing guidelines.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and perform routine maintenance checks.
• Inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies and report issues as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization; ensure aisles are clear and safe.
