Job summary

The Honickman Companies’ Richmond, VA warehouse is hiring for a detail-oriented team member to perform a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment. The hourly rate is $17.40, and the role focuses on order fulfillment, loading, unloading, and general warehouse duties.

Responsibilities include picking cases, loading pallets, verifying orders, and maintaining safe, efficient workflow. Candidates should have warehouse experience and familiarity with pallet jacks and forklift equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 2+ years in a warehouse environment.
• Experience using a pallet jack.
• Experience with various warehouse equipment including forklift and shrink wrap machinery.
• Experience with general warehouse operations and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Pick up product cases and load them onto pallets.
• Deliver completed orders to the designated loading area.
• Review order specifications to ensure correct case counts.
• Load and unload trucks and trailers.
• Move product, shells and pallets throughout the warehouse.
• Operate general warehousing duties and safety procedures; maintain area cleanliness.
