Job summary

McKesson is hiring a warehouse associate at our Clear Brook, VA distribution center. This entry-level role offers multiple shifts with pay starting around $18.25/hour and rising to about $20.87/hour after 12 months.

You will help with order fulfillment, learn to operate power industrial equipment, and participate in wellbeing programs and incentives. Walkers may cover up to 10 miles per shift and must lift 20–50 lbs as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Entry level experience required.
• Able to walk up to 10 miles during a shift.
• Ability to lift 20 to 50 lbs repetitively throughout a shift.

Responsibilities

• Move products efficiently to ensure fast, accurate order fulfillment.
• Participate in wellbeing activities and use gym membership rebates.
• Receive on-the-job training to certify operation of power industrial equipment and automation.
• Assist with daily warehouse tasks to support distribution operations.
