Tire Factory Distribution in Memphis, TN is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a full-time, non-exempt role at our Distribution Center. Starting pay is $18.50 per hour with benefits after a waiting period. Eligible for a $500 hiring bonus and a $200/month incentive after 90 days.

Work involves stocking, pulling, organizing, and shipping orders. Ideal candidates are self-motivated with solid organization, good math, and clear written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good math and basic computer skills.
• Willingness to perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Pull stock orders and stock merchandise.
• Put away merchandise and keep area clean and safe.
• Follow safety rules and assist management as needed.
• Inspect, label, and tag inventory accurately.
• Maintain daily bin inventory and replenish as needed.
• Pick, pack, and ship ecommerce orders.
• Operate forklift/order picker safely (training provided).
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
