Job summary

Saputo, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Clerk for our new 340,000 sq ft conversion facility in Franklin, WI. The role supports inbound, internal, and outbound warehouse activities under supervision, ensuring accurate records and safe operations.

You will operate material handling equipment, use warehouse management software, conduct cycle counts, and collaborate with internal and external teams to maintain inventory integrity and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as customer orders and inventory reports.
• Ability to generate reports and business correspondence.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work in a team and follow SOPs precisely.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and operate in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment (lift trucks, pallet jacks).
• Use warehouse management software and scanning tools.
• Move products from packaging to production area.
• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and cycle counts.
• Follow SOPs and safety procedures; perform pre-operational inspections.
• Support internal/external audits and follow GMP/food safety requirements.
