Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Warehouse Associate in East Brunswick, NJ. This role involves compiling orders, replenishing merchandise, and moving products on the floor or to customers’ vehicles, with forklift operation as needed.

Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available. The pay range is $16.02–$21.60 per hour, with benefits including 401k matching, stock purchase plan, and insurance options. This is an on-site warehouse role supporting store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Warehouse experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience with heavy machinery, forklifts, or farm equipment preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Completion of forklift certifications through F&D.
• Where permissible by state law, certification to use heavy equipment requires successful passing of a drug test.
