Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. in Hendersonville, TN is hiring a Warehouse Associate to compile orders, replenish merchandise, and assist customers on the floor or in the lot. You will operate a forklift, check inventory, and ensure accuracy in a fast-paced retail warehouse environment.

Ideal candidates are friendly, organized, and customer-service oriented, with basic math skills and warehouse experience. Forklift certification through F&D is preferred; all applicants must pass state drug testing

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Warehouse experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience with heavy machinery, forklifts, or farm equipment preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Completion of forklift certifications through F&D.
• Where permissible by state law, certification to use heavy equipment requires successful passing of a drug test.

• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations.

• Help customers find products as needed and answer customer questions.
• Be available to assist in other areas of the store as needed.
