Job summary

Lansing Building Products, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our distribution team and support daily operations with accuracy and efficiency.

The role includes greeting customers, picking tickets, loading and unloading trucks, using handheld RF scanners and TWL WMS, and maintaining a clean, safe warehouse environment. Typical hours are 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with minimal weekend work and CDL-prepaid programs available for qualified associates.

Qualifications

• Prior material-handling or warehouse experience (preferred).
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team and/or one-on-one with customers.
• Ability and willingness to lift boxes and building materials weighing as much as 70+ lbs.
• Experience with forklift is a plus.
• Experience in building products as well as previous warehouse experience is strongly desired.
• Ability to work under deadlines and adapt to new processes.
• Strong, positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, pick tickets, and load/unload customer and company trucks.
• Utilize handheld RF scanners to move, track, and manage products through TWL WMS.
• Verify accuracy of orders picked and shipments received.
• Lift and move boxes of building materials weighing up to 70 pounds.
• Keep warehouse clean and orderly.
