Job summary

FBD Partnership, LP is seeking a Warehouse Worker I in San Antonio, TX to safely move materials using a pallet jack and to support warehouse operations. You will be responsible for accurate storage, retrieval, and loading of materials to ensure timely delivery to manufacturing areas.

The role requires attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to pass background checks. EF&L processes and ERP usage are a plus, with a focus on safety and efficiency in a warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Experience with transportation carrier software is a plus.
• Experience using lift for compressors, staple air gun, and pallet jack is a plus.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written) required.
• Prior experience navigating ERP/purchasing software is a plus.
• Experience using mobile device inventory scanners is a plus.
• Good communication skills due to daily contact with internal employees.
• Background check, drug test and reference check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload containers/trailers.
• Locate and store incoming material.
• Transport material using pallet jack, pushcart, or golf cart.
• Audit inventory locations.
• Replenish material to manufacturing and spares.
• Pick, pack, and process customer orders.
• Review BOMs for picking and packing of parts to complete kits.
• Review and scan labels to ensure correct destination.
• Identify missing, lost, or damaged materials and notify supervisor.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
