Job summary

Wesco is hiring immediate Warehouse Associates in a Dayton-like setting to learn distribution and supply chain practices used by Fortune 250 firms. You will handle receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting, light assembly, and general maintenance in a fast-paced warehouse.

No prior experience required; high school diploma preferred. You’ll be trained and supported, with opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

High school degree or equivalent preferred.
No experience required/entry level.
1 year of warehouse operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Receive, pick, pack, and ship items according to procedures.
Perform wire cutting, light assembly and general area maintenance.
Complete log sheets and handle inbound shipments.
Verify supplier returns and enter order receipts.
Relocate and consolidate material as needed.
Prepare packing lists and assemble outbound documentation.
Pack, label, wrap, and load outbound trucks.
