Rexel USA, Inc. in Pompano Beach, FL is seeking a Warehouse Associate to efficiently fill customer orders, receive, stock, stage, and ship material while upholding safety and productivity standards.

This role does not involve deliveries and requires the ability to operate related warehouse equipment. No experience is required, forklift certification is preferred, and a High School diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Prior warehouse experience a plus.
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred.
• High School or GED - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment as required (forklift, reach truck, wire cutting machine).
• Receive material from vendors/customers and verify against packing lists.
• Stock incoming materials and keep shelves organized.
• Prepare branch orders and ensure correct quantities for shipment.
• Process shipment paperwork and apply postage labels.
• Load shipments onto carrier vehicles.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain branch warehouse and equipment for safety and efficiency.
• Assist with counter sales or customer support as needed.
