Job summary

Ferguson in Maryland is seeking an entry-level Warehouse Associate to join our team in Arbutus. Schedule: Monday–Friday 10:30am–7:00pm. You will safely operate a stand-up forklift, pull and prepare outbound orders, and build/transport pallets using RF devices.

You’ll verify, stage and stock incoming material, and keep the workspace clean and safe with the team. We value attention to detail, dependability and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly.
• Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs regularly.

Pay Range:

$16.39 - $24.58

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.

Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
