Job summary

Target is hiring Warehouse Workers in Denton, TX. Roles start at $22.85 per hour with a pay range of $22.85 to $25.79 per hour and a potential shift differential of $2.00 to $3.50 per hour based on eligibility.

You’ll follow safety policies, pack and ship items, and move inventory efficiently within a fast-paced distribution center. Responsibilities include operating carts and powered equipment, reading labels, performing basic math, and communicating effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 35–50 lbs frequently and up to 60 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to move items using carts, hand trucks and equipment.
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, and work at heights where required.
• Operate computer systems or handheld devices after training.
• Read labels and product documentation accurately.
• Communicate effectively in English; follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies to maintain a safe warehouse.
• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.
• Process merchandise accurately for stores and guests.
• Move freight and inventory safely throughout the warehouse.
• Keep work areas neat, clean, and organized.
• Report to work on time and perform tasks accurately.
• Engage in problem solving for continuous improvement.
• Maintain positive attitude and work well solo or in a team.
