Job summary

KeHE Distributors is seeking a warehouse associate in Romeoville, IL. The role focuses on receiving, storing, and distributing goods within the distribution center, while maintaining accurate records and safe practices.

Qualifications

• 1+ year distribution center or warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience operating powered warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jacks, stock pickers) preferred.
• Ability to communicate well with internal customers and management.
• Ability to follow safe warehouse practices and work independently without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Read production schedules and orders to determine items to move or distribute.
• Bring overhead products down to pick bay.
• Stock and restock product in proper locations, including overhead locations.
• Rotate stock according to date coding.
• Convey materials to storage or other designated areas.
• Receive, record, put away, and rotate product; store perishable goods in refrigerated areas.
• Record and track product using computer and RF unit.
• Maintain good attendance and safe work practices.
