Job summary

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers in Carlsbad, CA. As a Package Handler, you will unload trailers, sort packages by ZIP codes, and load delivery trucks, supporting warehouse operations with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Shifts are 6:00 AM to 9:15 AM, six days per week, with pay at $18 per hour and weekly payouts. Benefits include a 401(k) with company match, a referral bonus program up to $500, paid sick leave, and a safe, clean work environment.

Shifts:6:00 AM - 9:15 AM

1. Saturday - Wednesday
2. Sunday - Thursday
3. Monday - Friday
4. Tuesday - Saturday
5. Wednesday - Sunday
6. Thursday - Monday
7. Friday - Tuesday

Hours may vary based on business needs.“End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

• Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written) required for understanding safety and operational instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment
