Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is hiring a Warehouse Associate – Driver Trainee in Shreveport, LA. This full-time role starts at $16.00 per hour with a substantial pay increase upon advancement to a Delivery Driver.

You will stock and organize materials, pull orders, load/unload trucks, assist drivers, and learn products, routes, and safety procedures as you train for a long-term driving position.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely lift and move materials throughout the day.

We are hiring a dependable Warehouse Associate for a full-time, Monday–Friday position. This role is designed for someone who wants to start in the warehouse, learn the company’s products and operations, and eventually advance into a Delivery Driver position with a substantial increase in pay.

The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, comfortable with physical warehouse work, and interested in growing into a long-term driving position.
