Job summary

Dream Electronic Recycling is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our San Diego team. This role is primarily warehouse-based with occasional driving to cover pickup routes.

You will process incoming electronic recycling, keep the warehouse organized, prepare shipments, and provide excellent customer service. Daily tasks vary, offering exposure to multiple areas of our operation and room for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Reliable, punctual and team-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Professional attitude and good customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Sort, organize, and process incoming electronic recycling.
• Load and unload electronics, pallets, and Gaylords.
• Build, wrap, and organize pallets for shipment.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist customers with unloading and drop-offs.
• Follow company procedures for sorting and handling electronics.
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
• Serve as a backup driver for local pickup routes using company vans or box trucks when needed.
• Complete pickup paperwork and assist with basic vehicle inspections during driving assignments.
• Help wherever needed to support daily warehouse operations.

Dream Electronic Recycling is looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in San Diego. This position is primarily warehouse-based, with occasional driving responsibilities to cover scheduled pickup routes when needed.

You’ll help process incoming electronic recycling, keep the warehouse organized, prepare shipments, and provide excellent customer service. Every day is different, and you’ll have the opportunity to learn multiple areas of our operation.
