Job summary

United Beauty Supply is hiring a Warehouse Associate to join our onsite team at the warehouse and corporate office. The role runs Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm, with responsibilities including order preparation, receiving stock, inventory control, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Qualified candidates will have warehouse experience, proficiency in inventory software, strong organizational skills, and a reliable, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated teamwork skills.
• Proven working experience as a warehouse worker highly preferred.
• Proficiency in inventory software/computer savvy.
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong initiative and drive to get the job done.
• Can do attitude.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to lift heavy objects on occasion.
• High school degree
• Current Drivers License

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.
• Receive and process warehouse stock products.
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Complete diary logs into inventory.
• Report any discrepancies.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Possibility of delivering to locations.
• Other duties and tasks as needed
